December 31 Happy New Year, fcukers!!3 more hours left, and it'll be 2006! Yay...damn you 2005! Go to hell!!!!
Sorry...haven't sweared in a while and need to swear for no reason!
Yes, I am crazy.
Muahahahahahahahahaha.............................!!!! December 25 12 days of ChristmasFew more hours left of Christmas day. But heck...we got 12 days don't we? heehee....... Got lotsa unwrapped pre-Christmas gifts from my shopping spree at places like 1U, Midvalley, Sunway...you name it. Got jeans, board shorts, cap, cartoon buttons, bed sheet, spread, and T-shirts. Apparently pink's my new fave colour....muahaha....I got me some pink bed sheets, and pink T-shirts! HaHa! no la.....just pulling your leg about the fave colour. Christmas eve dinner was nice. A fusion of Asian and Western food: EL's ham from Perth and Sambal Prawns ala ChiKim! hehe...yummy sutff. No turkey...but delicious chicken with mushroom sauce. Also had ice cream with fresh strawberries from Japan. Yay.....oh ya, also got a cool Japan T-shirt from ChiKim as a souvenir. Presents from EL & mum...another board shorts, a white singlet and a soft toy. No matter what you get, it's just great to open Christmas presents on Christmas day, don't you think? Visited "dad's family" today...ewe...let's not talk about that. Merry Christmas grandma. December 22 UmpaloompaYep...mah sista is back. Am I a bad sister? Only started to miss her
like a few days before her arrival just cuz I knew she was coming back
soon. So weird. Let's see...past 2 days...shopping in the company of 2 leng lui? wakaka...me being the ugly duckling har...haha...Mum & I met up with Auntie MN & her daughter MS. MS has grown up into a very pretty gal, can't imagine how kiddie-like we all used to be. Time flies. They took us to Megamall. Well, Auntie MN seemed to be doing most of the shopping. Whatever, it was fun. Had a nice time. Seemed like Auntie MN 'bu she de' to go home. We were there from bout 10.30am to 9...Wahlao...bunch of crazy shoppers... Night, picked EL back from KLIA...so damn long waiting for her delayed arrival and delayed baggage claim...so nyak. Had supper & met LD's fiance. Oooo...everyone's getting married now. Also, EL's bf 'chuan bao' by sa ku during supper...his sir name became a big joke..haha.. Today...1U. Met up with GZ. She hasn't changed much, unlike PZ and CM, which is good...I think. Her hairs longer...yeah, she looks good. Good to see her again. Have no idea when we'll have a chance to meet up again. Oh yeah...got a piercing in a supposedly unusual place. Guess it won't be so unusual once it catches on. Not as painful as I expected. Done by an Indian guy and it only cost me rm6. So cheap...luckily GZ was there with me...I'm such a chicken. There are somethings that I'd only do with friends, and that was probably one of them. Just finished watching the Willy Wonka VCD...the walking-into-the-glass-door-twice part cracked me up. Weird movies are kinda fun... December 20 Aching feetThe conlusion that I have come to from the past few days: shopping is damn tiring. Yesterday went to Midvalley with Auntie YW. She was nice, took us for lunch. She reminded me of dad, constantly busy on the phone. Business people. Got the backpack I needed...and others... Today mum & I caught a cab to Sunway. I liked to top floor. It has the coolest shops, but we didn't have time to actually check everything out. Had to get home before the rush hour. Got something I really liked from one of the numerous stalls: mini handcuffs! IV & ZW took us out for dinner after. That was really nice of them. They're a really nice family...their son (my nephew...eek...I'm 'ku zhai' now!) ZC is so cute. A bit clumsy though. hehe... funny kid. Building a family...it's a full-time job. December 18 Bad ending to a nice day.Shit...SS2...SS3/80...LDP...What the ****? OMG...that road is gonna be
stuck in my mind forever. Soooooooooooo sorry for WS & BT for
having to put up with my crappy sense of direction. Anyway, the ending
of the bad ending was good. Get it? That means I got home, and they got
home too. Thank God. Started out the day with ah ku & chi kim going to 1U. Had some really interesting Vietnamese food. Twice...doi-yong~~~ Met with BT, WS & LS. What a day. 1st laughed till I ached. Then walked till my feet felt like they would fall of. I guess my feet will be going through worst, as I've got days of shopping ahead of me. My 1st day, and I've already spent almost RM200. And mostly on pants. Gotta remind myself: No more looking at pants. Money...wouldn't it be great to have tons of it? Good nite! Tired of having passed that mosque almost half a dozen times. Argh....Sorry again guys! December 15 Retirement? hah...CTO cup is over, SABA cup is also over...phew...No more bball competitions for me I think. It's especially stressful if you haven't been playing for awhile and you go into it without prior training. So good riddance to that. I'd welcome some good old streetball at the taman anytime.
P'pang won KK AD again in the finals. What a shame. Well, there's always next year for those guys.
Oh ya...met quite a few ppl i haven't seen in a long time: DN,KC, PZ, LL...
And I'm gonna c GZ in KL soon wat...haha...so good. B4 I leave mah...if not so long only will c them again...sob*
Watched Narnia. I probably would have been going nuts about it by now if I had seen it b4 LOTR or Harry Potter. But I guess seeing all those magical worlds in succesion has made me immune to the 'magic'. Don't get me wrong, I still love fantasy adventures. And Narnia was quite enjoyable. Didn't quite get the idea of them returning as children again. How do you do that?
I might just get the books to figure that out. It'll probably be much more detailed and interesting than the movie. Books leave images to your imagination, and no 'high-tech' animation could possibly beat that.
Next: King Kong? Would I watch a movie of which I already knew the ending?
December 11 3 years and countingWhether you want to or not, you remember people. Some because good things happened, and some because of bad things. Sometimes, you never forget a person not because anything good or bad happened, but because nothing happened. And that's the way it'll stay. I remember you, and I always will. And you'll never know, cuz you wouldn't be reading this anyway. The beginning of...What if you were to die right this instant? How would you feel? Sad? I hope I'd be sad only because I would be leaving my family behind. I'd like to think that life is more about what you did with it, and not how long your life had lasted. We may have done things we weren't too proud of, but that's all part of who we are. So even if I had to die now, I'd know my life meant something. Every book I'd read, every movie I'd watched, very test or exam result, every basketball game, every race I'd ran. The family I loved, the friends I had made, the things I had done, and even the people that I'd pissed off before. It all mattered, because it was part of my life. Everything...it was me. And I'd say that with the time that was given to me, that was a hell of alot.
No, I'm not dying.
I'm just leaving this path for a much more winding and uncertain one. Where will it lead me? Only God knows.
Excited? Of course. Change is always exciting. |
